Privacy Policy
Anantam Site Manager 2.0 (the “app”) is a site and project management tool for architecture, interior and construction teams, operated by Anantam Designs, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what the app collects, why, who can see it, and how you can have it deleted.
1. Information we collect

| Site attendance and location | When you check in to a site, the app saves a selfie, your phone’s location at that moment and its distance from the site, and the crew headcount and note you enter, along with your check-in and check-out times. Location is read only at check-in; the app does not track your location in the background. |
| Microphone and speech | Used only when you record a voice note or a meeting, or speak a task. Spoken tasks are turned into text by your phone’s built-in speech recognition (provided by Apple or Google); the text is then used to create the task. Questions you speak to Anantam AI are turned into text by Soniox. |
| Camera, photos and files | Used only when you take a site photo or check-in selfie, or attach an image or file. We never read your photo library in the background. |
| Device identifier | A push-notification token so we can deliver alerts to your device. |
| Face ID, fingerprint and pattern lock | If you turn on biometric unlock, your device checks your face or fingerprint; we never receive or store biometric data. A pattern lock you set is kept only on your device, in its secure storage. |
| Payments | If your firm buys a plan, payment is made on Razorpay. We receive the payer’s email address, the amount and whether the payment succeeded. Card, UPI and bank details go to Razorpay and never reach us. |
We do not use advertising identifiers, analytics or crash-reporting tools, and we do not track you across other apps or websites.
2. How we use it
- To run the app: sign-in, projects, tasks, materials, approvals, meetings, site attendance, notifications and the scheduled project reports your firm sets up.
- To translate what you and your team write between English, Gujarati, Hindi and Marathi, so everyone can read it in their own language.
- To provide the AI features: answering questions and preparing changes in the Anantam AI assistant (including reading photos you attach), turning a spoken instruction into a task or a search, transcribing and summarising meeting recordings, and writing the wording of task reminders.
- To process your firm’s plan purchases.
- To keep the app secure and to help you when you contact us.
3. Service providers that process data for us
We do not sell your data and we do not share it for advertising. We use these providers only to run the app:
- Supabase – database, file storage, sign-in and server functions, hosted in the United States.
- Google Firebase – delivers push notifications.
- Google Cloud Translation – translates the text you and your team add.
- Google Gemini API – answers questions in the Anantam AI assistant from your question, the photos you attach and the project’s details; turns the text of a spoken instruction into a task or search, summarises meeting recordings, and writes task reminder wording from the task details.
- Soniox (and, as alternatives, Sarvam AI, Groq or OpenAI) – turn meeting audio into text when you record a meeting, and Soniox turns questions you speak to Anantam AI into text.
- Brevo – sends workspace invitations, password-reset emails and scheduled project reports.
- Razorpay – processes plan payments.
Content is sent to a translation, AI or speech provider only when someone uses the feature that needs it, and only to get a result back into the app. The app asks for your permission before it first sends your content to an AI provider; if you decline, the rest of the app keeps working.
4. Who can see your information
Other people in your firm’s workspace can see what your role and the project allow – for example your name, role, the tasks assigned to you, your comments and the photos and files you upload. Your firm’s admins and the project’s supervisors can see your attendance check-ins, including the selfie and location saved with them. Recipients of a project’s scheduled reports see the tasks in that report. Anantam Designs staff access data only to run, secure and support the service.
5. Keeping and deleting your information
- We keep your information while your account is active.
- To delete your account, open Profile in the app and tap Delete account. This deletes your login straight away, with your name, email address, phone number and profile photo, your workspace memberships and pending invitations, your notifications and push-notification tokens, and the selfie and location saved with your check-ins. The app also removes its offline copy from that device. If you can’t use the app, email tech.head@anantamdesigns.com from the address on your account and we will delete it within 90 days.
- Records you added to the firm’s workspace belong to the firm. After your account is deleted they stay, shown as “Deleted user” or with your name where it was recorded at the time (for example who created or approved a task). Your check-in times stay in the firm’s attendance record, without the selfie or location.
- The app keeps an offline copy of your workspace data and your settings on your device so it works without a signal. This is removed when you uninstall the app or clear its data.
6. Security
Data travels over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) and is encrypted at rest by our hosting provider. Access is limited by firm and by role using row-level security in the database. Passwords are never stored in plain text. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong password and keep your device locked.
7. Your choices and rights
You can correct your profile details in the app, turn off notifications and any permission in your device settings, and delete your account as described above. You may also ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, and to withdraw consent, as provided by applicable law, including India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and, where they apply to you, the EU and UK GDPR and the California Consumer Privacy Act. 8. Where your data is stored
Your data is stored in the United States and may be processed by the providers above in other countries. We use them only for the purposes in this policy.
9. Children
The app is a professional tool and is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
10. Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date above and, for significant changes, tell workspace owners in the app.
