Delete your account

You can delete your Site Manager 2.0 account and its personal data at any time, in the app or by asking us.

Option 1: In the app

1. Open Site Manager 2.0 and sign in.
2. Tap Profile.
3. Under Account, tap Delete account and confirm.

Your account is deleted straight away and you are signed out.

Option 2: Ask us

If you no longer have the app or can’t sign in, send us a request from the email address on your account:

We confirm the request with you and delete the account within 90 days, usually much sooner.

What is deleted

• Your login, with your name, email address, phone number and profile photo.
• Your workspace memberships and pending invitations.
• Your notifications and push-notification tokens.
• The selfie and location saved with your site check-ins.
• The app’s offline copy on the device you delete from.

What is kept

• Records you added to your firm’s workspace (tasks, comments, photos, files, approvals and meetings) belong to the firm and stay with it. They show as “Deleted user”, or with your name where it was recorded at the time, such as who created or approved a task.
• Your check-in and check-out times stay in the firm’s attendance record, without the selfie or location.

To have a firm’s whole workspace deleted, the firm’s owner can contact us at the email above.
